AdventurePosted by Love Rynbäck Thu, April 22, 2010 21:01:00 A great clip from the Spanish Expedition Baltic Extrem in March 2010. Creactive Adventure was the support and rescue team for our Spanish partners Team Globus Kon-Tiki and Lleida Extrem Runners!
Yesterday morning kl 07.00. Team Globus Kontiki finally got the right wind conditions from west to fly over the Bothnian Bay for the first time ever in 2 Hot Air balloons. The night before 2 finnish teams came over from Finland to join them in this high altitude Expedition. After lot of calls to the Airports and brifieng with the military airbase in Luleå they dramatically could take off with the four hot air ballons since the low ground winds picked up fast to complicated level. Two of the big balloons for a second was close to crash with each other. But luckily the pilot Angel pushed the throttle hard to avoid the other balloon. They went straight up in a fantastic scenery with clear blue skies heading east from Brändön over Luleå Archipelago out over the frozen bothnian sea.
6 hours later The Rescue team from CreActive Adventure could pick up the 2 very exited and happy balloon team members from the perimeter of the small village Vihanti 80km South East of Oulo in finland.
The 3 Runners from Lleida Extrem has now been out for 4 days on the frozen sea fighting against winds, snow and broken ice. With about 20 - 24 km per day in the back they this morning have reached Seskarö in Haparanda Archipelago. There is about 35 km to go to reach the final destination Kemi in Finland. Hopefully CreActive Adventure can pick up 3 happy and tired expedition memebers during thursday or friday.....
AdventurePosted by Love Rynbäck Fri, January 08, 2010 10:13:12 Hi! Adventure friends! The real winter has started in Swedish Lapland. On the 28th of December we made the first trail up to the Arctic Circle. Hard work for snow mobiles and guides. What we found on our way was deep untouched powder snow. Even though we have done this many times before, its more than beautiful with the snow covered pines and the wintry landscape. Days are short, but the little light that we have is magic blue and gives the landscape an extra dimension.
If you want real adventures in the North join us on the next tour!
Hi! Adventure friends, looking through the image and videos from a long season out in the wild we found a great clip from one of the first rafting tours this season when the girl team from the succesful marketing and event company Märkvärdig Kommunikation joined us for a day of rafting on the Råne River in Swedish Lapland. We really hope that they enjoyed the day out in the river together with us. Since the filming was a try out of a HD helmet cam on the guide in a class 3 rapid it got the "right" effects without any special effect editing.
